What file formats do you accept?
For an instant laser price, upload a DXF in millimetres. We can also work from DWG, STEP, AI or PDF vectors, or a clear dimensioned sketch.
Which materials and thicknesses can you cut?
Metal laser: mild steel, stainless, aluminium, brass and copper. CO₂: acrylic, wood, MDF, leather and textiles. CNC: wood, composites and plastics.
What tolerances can you hold?
Typically around ±0.1 mm depending on material and thickness. Tell us about tighter features and we will confirm.
Do you do one-offs, or only batches?
Both. A single prototype or art piece is just as welcome as a production run.
How fast can I get my parts?
Simple laser jobs often turn around in a few days. You will get a realistic lead time with your price.
Do you ship, or is it pickup only?
Pickup from Carabanchel, and we ship across Spain and the EU, arranged per job.
Do you offer a student discount?
Yes — 20% off CO₂ laser cutting for students, on the cutting only. Materials, metal laser cutting and CNC milling are charged at the normal price. Full details on the students page.
